I was betrayed by a local who I considered to be a friend too and lost a lot of money as a result. I felt like an idiot and I was too ebarrassed to tell anyone about it. Reading what you wrote made me feel better though because I don't feel so alone. I'm going back too because I love the island and I can't judge the whole place by one bad seed. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen the place you’re referring to. If so, it’s basic but has everything you need. Sandy Ground can be a bit lively on some nights, but if you’re ok with that, I’m sure it will work well.

Now the summer is almost here and probably it is getting really hot there as well, hence, I will most likely aim to plan something for fall/winter. May not be an ideal location for some because it is very close to a bar that I believe could be quite loud at night, which may diminish the tranquility factor.
